DELIVERY & RETURNS.

ORDERS

Orders normally take 7-10 days to be ready for posting. If you need it sooner please don't hesitate to contact me as I will be able to let you know if it's already knitted and ready to ship.

SHIPPING

Postage

I charge a flat rate for Postage and Packaging.

Please enquire if your country does not show up on the postage list at checkout and I will amend.

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS

Don't worry if you change your mind (we all do on occasion) you can return your items to Elizabeth Larsen Knitwear.  In the first instance can you please email elizabethlarsenknitwear@gmail.com.  

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

  •  Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

  • Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.  Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

VAT
 

UK CUSTOMERS

Since January 2021 the UK Government's imposed a VAT on goods entering the UK this has to be collected by the seller, unfortunately due to the extra paperwork and complications for a small business I only take UK orders via my Etsy shop https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/ElizabethLarsenKnits

EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS

Since July 2021 all online product sales are now charged VAT. The VAT added to your purchase is based on my business registered in France and will be 20%, added at checkout.
