ORDERS
Orders normally take 3 - 7 days to be ready for posting. If you need it sooner please don't hesitate to contact me as I will be able to let you know if it's already knitted and ready to ship.
SHIPPING
Postage
Free standard postage in the UK on orders over £50, under £50 = £3.99 standard delivery via Royal Mail Tracked48.
You can upgrade to Royal Mail tracked 24H - £5.00. Royal Mail Special Delivery - £9.00.
Please enquire if your country does not show up on the postage list at checkout and I will amend.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS
Don't worry if you change your mind (we all do on occasion) you can return your items to Elizabeth Larsen Knitwear. In the first instance can you please email hello@elizabethlarsenknitwear.com
